Postpartum Recovery Yoga

a perfect fourth trimester recovery class bridging the gap between your prenatal classes and more intensive workouts. this is a combination of restorative yoga, breath work and gentle healing movement to help you recover after birth. you can expect to reconnect to your core, build strength in your upper back to relieve baby feeding postures, nurture your pelvic floor and reset your nervous system through gentle & restorative movement. revitalize and connect back to you.
