Intro to Prenatal Yoga
This 1 hour class is perfect for expectant mothers in any trimester and any stage of their yoga journey. The workshop formatted class will allow time for questions and demonstrations before going into a beginners flow. Learn postures that can enhance flexibility, alleviate discomfort and promote overall well being for both you and your baby!
Pre/Post Natal Yoga
Experience tranquility and deep relaxation in this restorative flow crafted specifically for expectant & new mothers. This calming class focuses on gentle, restorative poses that regulate the nervous system, encourage you to feel grounded and deeply connected to yourself. This is an opportunity to nurture yourself in a calm and supportive setting during pregnancy and after birth. All are welcome to attend.
